Refund Policy

Every Hidden Epoch product is an instant digital download. The moment you pay, the files are delivered to your inbox and are yours to keep. Because the goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We show these final-sale terms clearly on every product page and at checkout before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying.

What you get before you buy

• A full description of the product and its contents.
• Sample pages and previews where available.
• The price, in US dollars, and the fact that delivery is instant.

If something is wrong

If your download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you were charged in error, we will fix it. Reply to your receipt email or use our contact page and we will resend the files or correct the charge. A duplicate or accidental charge is not a "final sale" and we will refund it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country. Where the law grants you a non-waivable right to a remedy, we honor it. This final-sale policy applies to the extent permitted by that law.
